You are warmly invited to a live online seminar where you explore your NEEDS through
embodied practices and compassionate inquiry.

Need is NOT a wound.
Need is your foundation—your roots into the impulse of life and the support that allows you to access your
true path.
And yet, Needs are often met with judgment. Let us explore this.
From the moment you are born, you begin learning about your Need and how to ask for them to be met.
This is your very first lesson on Earth.
With the compassionate mirror of another—someone who sees, reflects, and responds—we touch what is truly ours and learn to respond to ourselves.
But when our needs are NOT met in infancy and early childhood, we learn to IGNORE Need as we grow.
Over time, unmet Needs are replaced by distraction and addictions—stimulants, social media,
avoidance and so on.
Like a plant with damaged roots, when foundational Needs are neglected, we cannot blossom into
our unique DESTINY.
And when the foundational needs of our being are not given proper attention,
higher Needs—relational, intimate, and sexual—
are inevitably overlooked or undervalued.
You may be getting by, or even doing quite well. And still, there comes a moment to pause—to look back and remember what was left behind. In this reflection, blind spots reveal themselves: the places that have kept you stuck and prevented you from fully flowing into life.
This is holy work.
Returning to the roots.
Healing the foundation.
Watering the soul.
From here, a new, wild, and beautiful growth becomes possible—free from past confusion, neglect,
and habitual avoidance.
As you meet your needs authentically, both within yourself and in relationship with others, your body begins to trust you again. Your nervous system softens. Something ancient relaxes.
To meet your Needs is to end the war with yourself.
